HOW THE WORLD LOOKED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE END, OR BEGINNING, DEPENDING HOW THINGS GO [OR WENT]

‘THE TITLE is as LONG as the film’

This experimental short was made in February 2024 in a time when things were uncertain. Tasked with making a time capsule, I wanted to capture the general feeling of panic and optimistic uncertainty of a moment plagued by viruses, wars, genocides, elections, unrest, and…so on. I decided on what I felt was an apt recreation of the feeling: a hurried last minute attempt at self-preservation while the walls (maybe) crumble around us. The title was meant to also convey the feeling of the unresolved, of either the best possible path or the most nightmarish. I hope it makes you laugh, and ponder, and take an interest in what’s next.
